MEET THE ARTIST
I’ve always loved cooking and experimenting with food and flavors. In 2010, I began learning craft bartending from a great mentor who taught me the rules, and then taught me how and when to break them. I love that I’m able to be creative and make genuine connections with guests.
FAVORITE BAR INGREDIENT
The ingredient I chose to help develop is Grenadine – it’s a great substitute for sweetener in cocktails. Grenadine can add depth, flavor and color to cocktails and the fruitiness of the syrup appeals to most everyone's palate.
