MEET THE ARTIST
I came to the United States as a Tibetan refugee. I have always enjoyed being creative and meeting new people. For me, bartending is an expression of what I love to do. Being from India, I learned a lot about teas and spices which bring unique health benefits and intensity to my drinks.
FAVORITE BAR INGREDIENT
The ingredient I chose to help make is lemon juice. Some are too sweet, some are too sour and most contain high fructose corn syrup. With the right balance, a great lemon juice can bring so many drinks to life.
