I love the craft of bartending and the creative canvas it provides. It allows me to interact with people and get real time reaction every day. Using my culinary background, I take an innovative approach to cocktail recipes and techniques.
FAVORITE BAR INGREDIENT
The mix I chose to help develop is the Mule because it’s so versatile. The original is fantastic and can be made with any spirit. For fun variations, you can add fruits, spices and herbs to ensure you never get bored of this classic.
