Rye Smash

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Rye Whiske
  • 3 oz Cocktail Artist® Sweet & Sour Mix
  • Mint Sprig
  • Garnish: Mint Sprig, Lemon Wedge
EQUIPMENT
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Muddler
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Rocks Glass
  • Knife
HOW TO MAKE
  1. Place mint sprig in bottom of shaker, and muddle.
  2. Add rye whiskey, Sweet & Sour Mix and ice, and shake.
  3. Double strain into Rocks glass over cubed ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.
